Clean hotel, marvellous breakfast, spotless rooms. Tourist area, good and incredible location, very close to San Marco square and the Duodo Palace and the private water taxi to the airport which was the best 150 euro...

Location very central, staff multilingual, rooms very beautiful in Italian style with fabric on the walls. Beds very comfortable, pillows unfortunately not.
Breakfast was kept very small. There was no restaurant (although there was a menu in the room?!). Hotel difficult to find for first-time travellers to Venice (but there are Google maps), with suitcases difficult to get there.

the location is perfect for our trip to Venice. Centrally located and wonderfully quiet . a completely different impression of . Venice if you live there and are not only there as a day tourist. Would come back again....

This was just an optimal selection for a break on our long journey in Venice with very good value for money. The staff were super friendly, helping us decide which symphony to attend. Be prepared for the heat. Open the window to cool down.

Booked it for two nights prior to joining a Med cruise from Venice. Wanted to have enough time in Venice to see the City highlights. Location is ideal as you can walk in 5 mins from St Marks Square.

The style of the building. The size of the room. The position, very close to La Fenice theatre and San Marco's square, also from the window you can see a little channel where Gondola's pass often. Romantic and Stylish....

This is a great hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Location was an easy walk into the centre. Room was wonderful with a canal view. We would stay at this hotel again!!!
Only negative was the bath tub/shower would use a shower curtain to contain the water. Not really a problem for us but maybe for the cleaning staff as the water goes all over the floor when you take a shower.
